The Village at Burlingame is an under construction, 132-unit development designed to serve smaller families and seniors.. This infill project is located within downtown Burlingame and features subterranean parking, open courtyards, and rooftop decks. A 360-space five-level public parking structure was completed by TPC just off-site as replacement for parking lost because of the new housing project. Construction of the residential building is expected to complete in Q2 2023.
