Palomar Court is a 40 unit, senior community, consisting of one and two bedroom apartments. Elevator access is provided for the second story apartments. Standard features in each apartment include, a refrigerator, a range, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal and a microwave. Free internet service is also provided. All units have a patio or balcony and secure storage area. Two units are 100% handicap accessible to serve disabled individuals, and the remaining 38 units are easily adaptable to meet the ever changing needs of aging residents. For the benefit of our senior residents, this community also includes a 2,469 square ft. clubhouse with a full kitchen, a fitness center, a media room, a resident business center and laundry facilities. The community also has plenty of open space, with barbecue areas, and tables with benches.
