Wind River Apartments - Douglas, Wyoming

Wind River is a 42 unit multi-family community complex consisting of two-bedroom units, three-bedroom units, three-bedroom townhouses, and four-bedroom townhouses. Residents of this complex can enjoy standard features within the units such as refrigerators, dishwashers, disposals, microwaves, and ranges with conventional ovens. All units will include hook-ups for washers and dryers as well as patios or balconies with lockable exterior storage. Three fully handicap accessible units will serve disabled tenants and all ground floor units on an accessible route will be fully handicap convertible. One unit will also be designed and constructed specifically for individuals with sensory impairments. For the benefit and welfare of its residence, the development will include a 1,800 square foot community building consisting of an office, kitchen, dining area, laundry facilities, maintenance room, exercise room, and an education/computer room with internet access. Additionally, the development will include a large playground area with equipment, a basketball court, and concrete pads with tables, benches, and barbecues situated throughout the complex for family gatherings.
