Creekbridge Court - Nampa, Idaho

Creekbridge Court is a 60 unit multi-family community complex consisting of two, three, and four bedroom apartments. Residents of this complex can enjoy standard features within the units such as refrigerators, dishwashers, disposals, microwaves, and ranges with conventional ovens. All units will include hook-ups for washers and dryers as well as private patios or balconies. Three handicap accessible units will serve disabled individuals and families. Two units will also be designed and constructed specifically for individuals with sensory impairments. For the benefit and welfare of its residence, the development will also include a 2,500 square foot recreational building consisting of an office, meeting room, laundry facilities, maintenance room, and an education/computer room with internet access. A recreational playground area with equipment will provide a perfect place for children.
