Aspen Village at Mammoth Creek is a 48 unit multi-family community consisting of two and three bedroom apartments. Residents of this community can enjoy standard features with the units such as refrigerators, dishwashers, disposals, microwaves, and ranges with conventional ovens. All units will include hook-ups for washers and dryers. Three handicap accessible units will serve disabled individuals and families. For the benefit and welfare of its residence, the development will include a 1,820 square foot recreation building consisting of an office, maintenance room, laundry room, and a community meeting/activity center. For children, a large playground area with equipment will provide a perfect place for recreation. As part of the proposed development, a 10’ wide bicycle and pedestrian trail will be constructed that will ultimately tie into the Town of Mammoth Lake’s trail system.
